the apartment was very clean and tidy it was only a short walk to the motorpoint arena. the self-service setup was very efficient. i was allowed to keep my car parked for a few hours after checkout which helped a lot.

The location was very close to a venue i planned to visit. cleanliness was definitely up to par. there was a communal kitchenette equipped with a laundry area, oven, and microwave. This could really benefit some guests. i used the off street free car park. It was really convenient.
this was not ideal as spaces filled up quickly. i had to circle around a few times before i found a spot.

missing shelfstained towel
The steps was up or down without any warning. The sink felt strange. It had splashback on the wall but it wasn't working well with the tap. The TV wouldn't work. I followed instructions, but nothing happened when I press the buttons. a stained towel was there. I had to find a new one myself, and I found hairs on the bed sheet, so I slept on top of the duvet.

The location was excellent for accessing local venues. The provided parking space was very convenient. The facilities were satisfactory, especially the shower pressure. The hotel was clean. i slept well due to the tower fan in the room.
I noticed that the flooring might need some soundproofing, i could hear noise from other rooms. IT affected my experience a little. I also felt hand towels should be included.
